Okapi

Since I knew Okapi's products I felt in love with them, so I am very excited they have arrived at our shop.

Desde que conocí los productos de Okapi me encantaron, así que ahora estoy feliz de tenerlos a la venta en nuestra tienda.

Past and present

I had to sew some fish-keyrings so I dicided to make some more using remnants of fabrics from past collections. The pink one with hexagons has always been one of my favourites.

He aprovechado que tenía que coser peces para hacer algunos con retales de telas que utilizaba hace tiempo. La rosa de hexágonos siempre ha sido una de mis preferidas.

This morning I have decided to find a new place for everything. The shop looks beautiful now.

Esta mañana he puesto la tienda patas arriba y lo he cambiado todo de sitio. Ha quedado muy bonita.

Polar

I hadn't shown to you pictures of the cushion Alaska yet. Is is made with a hand screen printed 100% cotton fabric, and it measures 13" x 13". You can find it in the shop on-line.

Aún no había puesto fotos del Cojín Alaska. El de algodón 100%, serigrafiado artesanalmente, y mide 35 x 35 cm. Ya está disponible en la tienda on-line.

We have been on holidays for a few days and it has been incredible. Now we are back preparing the new collection and waiting for the good weather.

Nos hemos cogido unas mini vacaciones que nos han sentado de maravilla. Ahora ya estamos de vuelta terminando de perfilar los nuevos productos para cuando llegue el buen tiempo.

Mountains in my room

Mountains and trees  fill my workshop! I am very proud of showing you our new product. It is a lacquered steel shelf available in four colours: green, white, dark grey and red. I will show you more pictures soon.

I have devoted these days, at last!, to taking some pictures of the new products. Although there is still a lot of work to do, I have started publishing them in the shop on-line.

Yesterday we went to the inauguration of the exhibition "Arte para guardar" (Art to be kept)  where we featured our cardboard table Granny. You can visit it until Saturday in La fábrica de cajas, calle Acuerdo 17, Madrid.

We are back!

We are back from our holidays. We have visited many pretty and inspiring places and rested a lot.

This was a really useful weekend! I have been drawing a lot and the harvest is going to feed us almost the whole week.

First tomato and first aubergine!

This tomato probably won't win a beauty contest but I assure you that was delicious!

Our first aubergine turn into a vegetable couscous. The rest of the vegs were also from our vegetable garden.

Summer time

This has been a perfect summer weekend. We have had sun, baths and good company. And the best of all: we have tasted the green peppers we grow ourselves.

Este ha sido un perfecto fin de semana de verano. Ha hecho sol, nos hemos bañado, hemos disfrutado de una gran compañía y. lo mejor de todod, hemos probado la primera remesa de pimientos de padrón de nuestro huerto.
